Can't recommend any but here are some outside london and two in London http://www.viewlondon.co.uk/rugby_pubs_in_london_index.html

also http://www.citypublife.co.uk/ - the Hogs Head is a good place.

going to try and find a pub near twickenham. Although I hear a lot of them tend to be booked out by promotions companies etc

    Waxy's Definitely :)
It's halfway between Leicster Sq and Picadilly

Go down to the end bar and there should be a good athmosphere, should be fairly packed though so you might want to be in before 5:30.

Or if you want to get a tube to Richmond Molly's is probably better:

With all due respect, don't go next nor near Waxys. I know people who went in there for a drink in 2003 and still haven't come out. Or gotten that drink. It's far too big.

A lot of pubs down Richmond/twickenham way will be jammers, and getting too/from will be painful...

If you want a decent pint in a great pub then there's a cracking boozer in Wandsworth called tir na Nog. It's on Garret Lane...so at that big shopping centre thing, head down towards sainsburys and it's a few hundred yards down the road. Great pint of Guinness in there, and pretty much every night is a lock-in. And if you don't fancy staying there, you're an asses roar from the trainline that'll take you down to the post match craic in richmond/putney etc

I was just going to mention that Ruggie. I was in twickenham 2 years ago when we won and met all the lads in the Alex after the game - it wasn't jammed but there was a great atmosphere.

Don't go near Waxys - the place will be packed to the rafters. Its a tourist trap anyway.
