Tv Coverage Of Cheltenham

    Was changing around the channels today you have to say channel four do a good job of sport whether its horse racing or cricket or tour de france.
    My first chance to look at racing uk,thought the bloke who helped out the bird sounded like a right old delboy:rolleyes:
    Mind you racing uk have got good camera work.

    As for attheraces :o:o they had a bloke doing a commentary on the races with no pictures to show. Bit cheeky i thought :confused::confused:

    Whatever about the TV coverage the coverage in some of the bookies was a joke. I was in a Ladbrokes that had cheltenham on two small screens at either end of the shop, the rest of the shop including all of the big screens were devoted to the dogs, they even interuppted the champion hurdle commentry for a dog race.

    Agreed. 2 small tv's in my local bookies too. I suppose the best bookies to go would be Sporting Emporium. Anyone in there today?

    a further testament to how good it is , rte are rebroadcasting chanel 4's coverage.
    sky are always at that on a saturday with the football.
