Tell me what to buy!!!

k some of us can use 'puters pretty darn well, can stumble across the net from google to yahoo without so much as a peep from msn...but when it comes to knowing what kind of machine to buy its a case of techtermchallenged combined with a touch of doublegaeilge - so I ask u kind bloggers out there for assistance of any kind: small business, 4 users, currently 4 laptops needing to move to PC's to save on physio bills, working out of 2 offices but moving into one in few months, what kind of spec, brand, server, network, desktop, monitor, software, prices, stuff????? or is there a site i get get all this info off without bothering any of ye? Dell dont seem to want to be emailed unless purchase already made - please hold aka telephone is not worth the ulcer - very few sites that i can find that will cater to my queries... any suggestions would be most gratefully appreciated!

Secondaly "techtermchallenged" is the best made up word i heard all week:D

Now, usually I would not recommend a Dell to anyone, but seen as this is a business and you are techtermchallenged;) You should buy Dell for the after sales support and warranty.

You may want to get a small file server, nothing fancy, just to allow everyone acces to office files and for backup.

I assume its just word processing and accounts, so cheap and cheerful will do
