    His name is Joe Eigo, all of these videos are the old ones from a place called Multilevelmoves.com

    During the whole video there are only 2 or 3 things that are recognisably capoeira... mostly he's an acrobat. Nothing wrong with it at all but his capoeira looks far better than just these flips. He does some amazing capoeira in some other videos... off to find a link.

    ...and in contrast you have dufus here who can't even touch his toes without bending his knees.

    I really need to work on my flexibility. That's one of the reasons that I am now a MA newbie!

    I met a young lad at a NLP course who did capoeria, last year.

    course was on for a week, and we spent the whole lunchtimes at the back of the room, and him showing me the moves and me trying them out.

    it was great fun, a really good buzz. trying to learn the moves was funny and cool.

    I saw some great demos of it down in Rio de Janiro a few years back. guys busking on the street doing it, outside Help Disco...hee hee ;-)
