    Alright lads,

    here's the story, i started training again last night for the first time in seven years (after school i got a full time desk job and got lazy!!) and i was pretty upset about my levels of fitness and endurance last night.

    Can anyone suggest a training schedule that i can do on my own time that will help me build up endurance and fitness levels.

    Any help would be much appreciated
