ok, i cant find an online betting forum, so figured i'd get best advice here.

i opened an account with vicot chandler bet a couple of weeks back.

    i deposited €25.

i put 3 bets on, with their live betting, and won all 3 (had to contest 1, which they eventualy paid out)

anyway, my ballance says what i've won, €74.

i'm pretty sure the €25 i put in should be included, but i'm pretty sure it's not.

anyone have any dealings with these?

Do you have to make a certain number of bets before that initial $25 is free to withdraw? Maybe it has to be available to withdraw before it appears in your balance.
VC are a decent sized poker setup, dunno what they're like on the betting side though.

    holy 5hit!

i just tried to withdraw my winnings there, and it seems they don't lodge money back into mastercards, they've no problem acepting a deposit from them.

there's an option to lodge the money into your bank account, it says there's a €30 fee to do this!

this can't be right, can it?

i'll have to give em a call later.

i'm new to all this online betting, wasn't even my bet, my mate just wanted to put a couple of quid on a footie game. i just assumed, you win, you get your stake and winnings back, and they'd just stick it in your credit card they accepted in the first place.

Are you sure you are correct?

Such as betting in fractions 5/6 with €5 on you'd win €4.16 then your stake back

but in decimals it includes you stake back and everything, so you'd be betting on 5/6= 1.83 in decimal.

decimal always includes the stake back, where as fractions you add it on at end.

I'm probabaly not clear but i think you are expecting your stake added on the end when its already included.

    edit:
they'll probably post a cheque for free.

VC poker, lets u withdraw into ur bank account for free! Im presuming VC bet is the same.

they require an IBAN and Swift/BIC code.

do you know what these are?

post the bet, the odds and the result of what you bet on here and we should be able to tell you what you should have won. Ive an account with VC, sometimes better odds with football and horseys, and havent had a problem with them deposit/withdrawing using my visa. think theyre based in malta but that shouldnt make any difference
as was said, if it was decimal odds or even a forecast it might not look as tho you got everything back when, in fact, you did.

Mastercard dont let you to withdraw money back onto the card for "security" reasons.Get a cheque sent out,You can get your IBAN and your "swift code" by calling into your local bank!

Swift code is the international identifier for your bank, you can get it from them direct or on their website.
The IBAN code is your accounts international bank account number and you should find it on any of your recent statements.
