Dell monitor

Looking at getting a monitor but have not a clue about specs....I need it for basic word processing and the odd basic game saw this offer by dell...is it a bargain for 185 euro incl delivery??? Doesn't look great. Response time and brightness are a bit weak for this day and age. Has it even got a DVI input? I know the Dell LCD's we have in work are all vga-only.
