When does 1.4 certification exams expire.

(java btw) Noticed 6 beta is out. Some places have a policy of dropping exams that are two releases back. Anyone know if this is the case for Sun? Already done it but a friend is doing the exam. Wouldn't want to give them material thats not worth it anymore.

Well i'm doing the exam next week and the voucher you buy of sun is good for a year so i guess they can't drop it straight away. Then again they could just say "sorry you will have to sit 1.5 or 1.6 exam, so which voucher would you like in exchange for your 1.4 voucher?"

Sun still offer 1.2 certification, so they might not drop 1.4 as soon as 6.0 arrives. A 6.0 exam is at least a year off though.
