Firefox problem.

    I was playing a web game earlier and it hung.This had happened before and firefox had kept running even though I had shut it down, not allowing me to start browsing untill i logged off completly,becuase I had only me registerd as a user. So I decided to create another user account because logging off takes a while to stop and restart. Now all my settings have dissapeared, including my bookmarks, there were a couple of hundred of those, and even using my original user account has the same result. I didn't realise that I had also disabled system restore, i haven't a clue why,so is there any way to get all my settings back. Firefox is completly blank, as if I had just installed it
