NTL Channels Crashing/Freezing

Went to bed early to watch Resident Evil on E4+1. What a load of balls. The whole film is crashing, distorting, breaking into tiny square, freezing, loosing sound. The same thing happens during the breaks. I have 2 silver boxes and am working off the MMDS type aerial. The weather seems okay outside.
It looks like it is not decrypting quickly or something.

Anybody have any idea whats going on? Its a pain n the A55.
I know its probably a crap film but is there a fix in case it happens during something really important.

Where do you live? Maybe it would not be as bad if you got Cable installed or maybe you should move to Sky.

Maybe the dish is out of alignment.

Usually the operator chooses if you get cable or MMDS. The MMDS is for bits that havn't got cable. Sky (from 22 Euro ) or even Free Satellite is generally better than MMDS, but getting Ch4 on Satellite is a bit tricky.

MMDS works on line of sight. Are both stb's having the same problem ? If your problem persists you should phone their call centre, they will go through a few checks with you, and then issue a service call, if the problem can't be resolved over the phone.
