Just to confirm, will the new City Channel broadcasts be different to the Dublin one, or will they just broadcast the same content across all three??

As far as I'm aware they'll start with the Dublin broadcast but what next?

Who wants to see whats happening on a local channel that is not local to them?

well I figured that if City Channel were broadcasting the one format to three cities they would focus on the three cities evenly so it would be as local to dublin as it was to Galway

The word is that there will be local programming for Galway and Waterford. However a lot of what City Channel broadcasts isn't really Dublin specific, so expect plenty of shared broadcasts to remain.
