Jpeg to Tiff

    I've been trying to save JPEG images from my digital camera as TIFFs in photoshop but everytime I do this the images gets a blueish hue. Can anyone tell me why?

    It's probably due to the differing colour formats. Try creating a new Tiff file, the same size as the image, then copy and paste the actual image into this new tiff file.
    Let me know if that works.

    Not sure why this would happen but you can take it out using the curves tool ... hit CTRL-M...

    the reason turned out to be changing the file from RGB to CMYK
