I've been getting alot of feedback regarding too much noice coming from my mic. I now have to leave it on mute which isn't that fun really. Has anyone else experienced this?

xbox mic = good, but very uncomfortable

xbox 360 mic = ****é, piece of crap, but comfortable,

intec 3rd party headset = ok, and partially comfortable.

so i stick with the third one.

    No its just you...
    I never have any problem.
There are people i've played on live and they were cracklin/making noise all the time. Usually a case of the mic not being bent back far enough from the mouth/nose (they breath on it) or they have their 5.1 system way to loud.

Also I have to say, I don't find it uncomfortable!

Saw a cool mod the other day for converting any headset into a 360 set, cant remember the site though.

I didnt say the 360 one was, i said the xbox one was. the 360 one is fine, just very badly made, you should have seen the STATE of the soldering inside the plastic casing around the mute button part.

It's not the mouth piece being too close and i don't have surround sound. I'm not sure what it is but i had people telling me to turn it down and i did that but they were still giving out so i turned on mute.
