WMV to SWF??

WMV to SWF . Does anyone know how to convert a video file to swf or for use with Macromedia Flash etc . Will Macromedia Flash be able to do this as I have tried a few demo other programmes but they all leave watermarks on the images. Chhers

if you upload the video to youtube.com it'll convert it automatically for you
