    there's one in fairyhouse.
    hit the N3 and follow the signs.
    there is also one just over the border, but i can't remember the name of it right now.

    yeah, that's the one.
    i've been there once. they take euro's.
    depends what you're looking for too. jonesbourough has a larger selection of pirate stuff, but if you want cheap tools, then fairyhouse is the place to go.

    Balbriggan, just off the M1, they usually have signs up. Full of dodgy stuff though.

    There is also one on the Nass Rd, near the Red Cow but I can't remember exactly where.

    When tools are stolen from workshpos/vans etc. the Gardai usually tell the victim to keep a check on the tools available at Sunday markets. A lot of it is dodgy.

    yeah, i've seen bench vices. but, as Litcagral said, they can be dodgy.
    pretty much everything at these markets is dodgy. i don't know how they get away with it.
