I just sent this rma request to komplett does anyone think i should be issued one? or is there a fix?
System turned its self off today, tried to boot and got no display, so i tested with
another graphics card. Then i tested it with different ram, then hardrive, ive even tried resetting the cmoss and debug it but to no joy... the 4 debug lights light up when i boot the system, ive red up on the internet 4 debug lights means to board is dead or else the cpu is not detected. And it is not the cpu, because i have tested it in another Dfi board.I have not got the original
packaging off the board as it is 3 months old and do not know the serial number...
is it possible to get this replaced?

I hope that isn't a copy of the mail you sent them. It's full of spelling mistakes, and badly puncuated. They should replace it though.

does komplett penilise you for grammer?

"sorry your RMA request has been refused you comma'd when you should of hyphened" :D

If it is genuinely faulty and you haven't done anything stupid like mess with the stock fans or overclock then they should take it. They will usually intensively test your hardware, and if the fault has been found, they'll send you a new one.

Post in the Komplett board, and McKomplett will answer your question, he works for them so he knows his stuff

No, but they might find it more difficult to process the request.
