    Just a quick question....

They can work fine as a display for a computer but word of caution not all displays are equal in terms of picture quality and if you want to avoid hassle make sure the display you get has either a DVI or VGA input so it can be used with the computer easily without having to mess with advanced settings.

My own personal bias is towards Samsung as I own one :) , their LCD TV's are good image quality wise and they come with either DVI or VGA depending on the model. I have a PC plugged into the VGA on mine and it works great with it though lots of other manufactures do offer good displays, try checking out displays from Sharp and LG as well.

Komplett stock a good range of the latest generation panels to, oh and watch out for the fact that many manufacturers do not bundle in a VGA/DVI cable with the TV so you will need to buy one to plug in your display to the computer.

I agree Samsung are one of the best quality the the money you spend.

What size where you thinking? any over 26" to to big to use a monitor it will drive your eyes mad.

No nothing too big - its for a bedroom so it would only be 17" / 19" if even.
