    A simple lime butter sauce.

Melt some butter gently, squeeze in some lime juice, mix and pour over.

got this from delia online and its yummy, serves 2 people

    1 heaped tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of capers roughly chopped
grated zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 shallot peeled and finely chopped
1 heaped teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
    salt and pepper

A tomato sauce with chopped black olives and capers is good.

Of the three, I'd be most inclined to go with Dudara's... tuna is fairly delicate, no point in overwhelming it with a tremendously powerful sauce.

    Terryaki!!
Get some Dark soy amd some light soy.. a little more light than dark and a couple of tablespoons of sugar.. heat up till near boiling! Its yum especially if you have mashed potato too :D

    OR

Marinade in dark soy, garlic (as much/little as you like) and either fresh squeezed orange juice or orange marmalaide.. maybe a little ginger.
Cook the tuna steaks and use remaining marinade to fry some mushrooms :D

When you cook the Tuna steaks you really only want to cook until the first 1/2 cm is cooked otherwise they will go pretty dry.
I would try a nice salsa verde to go with the tuna.

Marinate with balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper and, as noted above, undercook rather than overcook.

    Serve with fresh coriander.
