    Was pulled from a fujitsu primergy rack server.

    Sorry Q is what is it??

    i.e. MB and is it ECC ram? i cant find any info on the web. + its not installed in a server so Run CPU-Z is not an option.

    Looks like it might be 256MB SDRAM DELL

    But I could be wrong.

    Made by dell (you know what i mean)? It says Samsung and is covered in samsung chips. Was 99% sure these were 512Mb

    Good stuff i threw it back in a server and see its 256Mb ECC ram cheers i have it in 512Mb too didnt noticed the 2 digit diff in the model number
