Tipping Dealers

this is in reference to tournaments. Who should tip the dealers and how much? Should 2nd and third chip in? how about if a deal is done, do players mind if you sugest to put aside X amount for the dealers? cheers for the help

Everyone who makes the money must by law give 40% of their profit to the dealers.

Just out of interest, how much do dealers make an hour roughly, including and excluding tips? I'll be looking for a job soon and was wondering.
