    you have me thinking about Pumpkin Seed Oil and Paleo.

    For the Pumpkin Seed Oil i was just wondering where you get it and how much of it you take?

    Sorry man I only just saw this thread!

    It costs about 8.75. Which is pricy but like I said: if it works for you its well worth it, if not it was worth the money to find out. That's in Holland and Barrett, but most health food shops seel it. Dont buy it in The oil and vinegar shop on georges street it is insanely over priced.

    I replace my normal oil intake with it. I usually use olive oil in my cooking so Ireplace that. I am quite liberal with it too, because its great! Haha.

    Let me know how you get on with it, there is a wealth of info on the web on it.
