I've never worked there, but I've commuted to Blanch before (from the City Centre.) It's a pain in the arse. Also, the technology park is in the middle of no where.

I used to work there, to be honest it is a good place to work, it's got a fantastic gym and a great canteen with 2 or 3 awesome chefs, the pay is good(depending)... Plus you get a nice huge chair at your desk, that apparently was made by jaguar at a cost of 1000 EACH! You get a nice big desk and good computer, the decor is fantasic, a nice working enviroment.

Best of all, if you're a CSR you can listen to music ALL day(bar one or two teams), i used to just get into work, stick on my oversized headphones and chill, use the internet all day! All you do is answer emails...

They are VERY strict though, 2 minutes late and you'll hear about it, 3 sick days in 6 months will get you a verbal warning! Although that's the same in any job, but most don't act on it in my experience.

The only reason i left is because my team leader was an utter moron and was giving me more hassle than i wanted.

Another thing you may hate is you have to work either a sat or sunday.. At first i worked 10.30am - 9pm, sun-wed, which sucked because that's 4 days completely gone, you're outta bed and into work, back home and into bed.. So i FINALLY got another shift 6am-2.30 sun-thur, which was good for me!

So, all in all, good place, if my witch of a team leader hadn't started there, i'd still be there..
