    My xbox is on the blink. It will only play games when it wants to and that is not that often. It wont play all games. Is there someone out there that can fix it. I tried to open the console up but i cant seem to do that. There is no visable marks to pry it open. Can anyone help here im desperate.

    the screws are under the rubber pads on the base and under the stickers for opening but you need an alan key.

    sounds like the dvd rom try using a dvd lens cleaner if that doesnt work you will need a new drive

    be careful, it will most likely void your warranty if you open it yourself...
