    5-5-5-15 isn't THAT bad for DDR2 667mhz. I mean do you expect them to use OCZ Platinum or something ?

    It's a budget computer for god sake. Just about every other budget PC out there used CL 2.5 when they used DDR so whats wrong with CL5 for DDR2 ?

    latency isnt as big a deal as it used to be with the higher clock speeds we have now.
