Old Milk ad

Remember that ad for milk featuring the weird wooden guy talking to the kids about milk, and they sang "Them Bones, Them bones, need calcium"? That was one weird ad. They showed it every once in a while on RTE, for what must have been decades until they replaced it with one about a witch a few years ago. What was with that?
