I m passing this on to you because it has worked for me and i have found inner peace.
The way to do this is to finish the things you started!
I looked around this morning to see the things i have started so i finished them vodka? Baileys some red wine and the valium and you have no idea how peaceful i feel! :D:D

how besides the usual methods would you achieve inner peace if you were stressed?

xanax work for me, but they're fairly addictive, so i don't recommend them to anyone else.

My way of avoiding stress in the morning is to just stay in bed. Which ironically results in getting more grief than it's worth, so...yeah, xanax for me. :)

Laughter is the healer of everything. Dont take things so seriously and they become more fun and as your mind is not clouded the difficult things can become easier.

When someone hands me a cheque for €20k I'll be relatively stress free I think.. then I may have to sit down and have a cup of tea to try and deal with the stress of not having stress anymore. Round and Round we go :(

When I had major operations morphine turned out to be quite the stress reliever as it happens. Strongly recommended! :)
