RacingUK appears on ntl digital

RacingUK has appeared on CH417 here in Waterford. At the moment it just has a blank screen. Its not appearing in my channel package as I only have the go digital package but it does not give the usual "you are not subscribed message"

I rang up CS at ntl about it, and they didn't even know anything about it. It will be a good edition to there lineup if they include it in the go digital pack but I am guessing it will be an add on premium channel like MUTV and celticTV

a woman from setanta told me when i subscribed to nasn i will get the two extra setanta channels,celtic and rangers tv and racing uk.
Ring ntl and they know nothing so far!!!!!!!!
You will have to pay for racing uk thats for sure ,but the fact that setanta own racing uk the price should be good !!!!!!!!

Racing uk is coming through clear on ntl digital in waterford.
I subscribe to nasn ,just wondering are non nasn subscribers seeing it as well .

Well, I only have the basic package and its not coming through on that. When I enter in 417 it mentions you are not subscribed.

Nobody else then getting racing uk coming through on the basic ntl digital or do you have to have nasn and setanta extra channels to view it?? .

417 is now working in Galway, for basic subs. Still skipped when you go up/down, you have to key 417.

I thought you have to be a setanta sports package person at 7-99 to get racing uk. cant see racing uk being free on basic ntl digital in the long term ,let me know how long it lasts for,thanks.
On similar note here in waterford i should be getting Celtic tv and rangers tv as part of the sports extra package coming through,which they are not just blank screen for the glascow clubs tv.
any body else having similar problems with the scottish channels??

Update on this, I have two boxes, one has "Racing UK" no problem, the other displays a purple box with "subscription required", but the channel decodes ok.

i checked tonight with a basic digital subscriber in waterford ,she gets the message not subscribed to this channel.
Keep up the updates
