Thought that these might well be of use for clubs and so forth.

ISSF Manual for Rifle
ISSF Manual for Pistol

Note that these aren't Range Officer training manuals but Range Offical manuals - they're for running a match, not ensuring safety. And of course, reading the manual isn't a substitute for taking a course; but it's better than nothing by a very long margin!
