Broken Swivel CHair

    Ok deal is,

    I bought a Swivel chair from Argo for 50 squid ( i live in the UK ).

    Now i fell off the chair and i've strained my back a bit ( and i keep making it bloody worse but that's a different story).

    Basicaly i haven't had a chance to Bring the chair back to them for it to be replaced since it happened , roughly 3 weeks since i bought it.

    Will the still exchange the chair ?
    What parts do i have to go back in with ( it was only the arms that broke but they support the back of the chair , hence me going flying).

    Any help would be nice =)
