    ...with VGA HD AV Cable..

Haven't got a HD tv yet, so am thinking of picking up one of these at the weekend.. anyone had any success stories with these? I hear you notice more detail with it hooked up to a monitor..

max i got on mine without getting a mode not supported is 1024 x 768 on a benq 19" fp937s 8ms response time, some of the other modes like 1280 x 1024 give me black screen but other not supported message on screen meaning i get a display , message is prob cuz these are wide screen ratios, either was i got the joytech cable for €20 off play.com, worth every cent, really cant justify it to myself to spend uber cash on a hdtv even though what ive seen beat my pc monitor x100 the monitor is still a big step up from tv for just 20-30 euro

Or the Viewsonic VA1912wb, a bit more expensive but has an additional DVI input so ya can hook up XBox 360 and PC.

I am assuming he already has a PC monitor and is not looking to splash out on another guys... :).

Anyway, the VGA cable is Godlike. If you need help setting up the audio , search for a post in this section by me.

I have a 15.4" widescreen laptop screen here with the right input for the cable and another standalone PC monitor in the other room so I'm good for screens.

Although danbhala, that LCD looks hottttt.

Thanks smellyirishman, I will check that out. I'll be picking the cable up on saturday on my day off.
