anyone know of a cream to cover or even reduce scarring?
    background:
my cousin had skin cancer on her face. the cancer left a scar and she has become very self conscious about it.
    any help would be appreciated.

before anyones head explodes, i've already posted this in fashion/ appearance. i'm reposting it here because of the extra traffic and because there may be people who have experience with this problem who don't frequent the other forum. (tonight was my first visit to it).

My experience with make-up is limited to say the least but couldn't she use that orange stuff? Are we talking disfigurement or blemish?

Bio Oil is meant to be very effective. Available in pharmacies. I've also heard good things abot products containing aloe vera.

Vitamin E. Get Vitamin E cream in some form, that's the best thing for it from what I've read. He could also get laser therapy to get rid of the scarring

I had some pretty bad scaring after having my babs, I used bio-oil which helped with the redness but not the texture. If it's just the colour, there are a few places she may be able to buy camoflague cream that is usually used to cover tatoos. Don;t know any stores in Ireland but it should be available on-line.
