    Hi,
I am considering taking the dive into supplementing my income (something I guess alot of us could do with!) by selling on ebay, ie. spending a few €k on some group/bulk stock up front then selling it individually.

Anyone doing it? Got any thoughts or advice?

I have thought about it. I sold some stuff and was pissed off with the fees. You loose about 8% of the sale price and then have to pay the postage + your time.

I was thinking of high cost items that nobody else is selling. But cant think of any! I was thinking of good quality t-shirts emroidered with bands names etc, not sure about the legality of that though.

You will notice many things sell for more on .co.uk than .com
i.e. you could buy and sell over ebay. sometimes dvds are at very low prices on cd-wow. I considered selling on ebay, when I get the money I buy it on wow and have it sent directly to the buyer!

It is only pissing around with a few euro here and there. If you lived somewhere with a very low cost of living it would be very worthwhile.
