Automating Envelope Printing

At the moment I have to open Word, go to Tools > Letters & Mailings > Envelopes and Labels, paste in the address I want, and click Print. I'd like to just click on a batch file and paste the address, or better yet right-click on an item in my Outlook address book - or even the Excel document I'm pasting from in the first place - and print it directly to an envelope. Is something like that possible?

Mailmerge is something I try not getting involved with..

Mailmerge seems like overkill for on envelope at a time. I'll keep googling I guess...

In excel could you highlight the addres and set the print range that way

Maybe you could install the printer driver a second time and set that printer to have envelope sized paper as default and adjust the margins so when you print anything to the second printer it prints in right place.
