Problem with NTL EPG

Anyone else noticed this kind of thing recently on ntl:'s EPG? Looks to me like there should be an apostrophe there, but instead there's this 327U0080... rubbish. Maybe someone's using MS Word or some other WP package to prepare the EPG listings and it's using some weird fancy quotation mark instead that doesn't like being…

nope haven't noticed that but how come you get BBC NI in your pop up screen...i get that crappy citychannel which bugs the living daylights out of me.

That's the screen you get when you hit the green (more info) button in Browse mode. Then you get the program you're watching at the time. You only get City Channel in the window in the Guide screen.
