Boot the unit to recovery mode and try the options there - you can find the instructions on the knowledgebase on Creative's site- www.europe.creative.com

hold down "play/pause" while sticking a pin in the reset button. you'll get a little menu to fix it

i tried all those people,, but its like the battery is dead,, even when plugged in, there is no power going through
