ok if you've read the title it sounds easy. But I've linked an html page to an asp one (which is a login page to a secure part of the website), and everytime I click on the link it tries to download the file instead of loading the page.

    Can anyone help? Please!?

Sounds like the webserver can't handle asp. It's probably apache.

I agree with above. Also if you are running the site locally, be sure you are running it on localhost IIS (in inetpub/wwwroot) and not just in a normal folder on your hard drive.
