I'm currently looking at property to buy (first time buyer) in the area just beside Peoples Park in Bray. I really don't know Bray at all and was wondering if anyone here had any opinions good/bad about the area.

Personally it seems like a good bet because of the closeness to Dart and N11. The park is nice to have on your doorstep too; at least at first glance.
