    I just ordered a set of headphones from the states and stupidly never thought about customs and tax.The cost of the item was $95(79 euro) and $30(24 euro) shipping.It said on the order page Global Express Mail i think its UPS shipping.How much am i likely to be charged for this by cutoms/ tax?If it ends up the same as UK cost i wont be too bothered but if its more il be pissed.

    Post the link to the seller. Most will mark them as gifts of low value so you may not be caught. You should always ask them in advance to do that.

    How will you feel if it's more than the French cost? Or German?

    I think if its under €45 they won't bother you, so just get yr man to mark it as than on the packet.

    BTW UPS don't have Global Express Mail but the USPS (United States Parcel Service do) so you might get away with it.

    Yeah i just checked there and its USPS alright but its already been dispatched so too late to change anything now.
    What i meant by i i hope it doesnt cost more than UK was ,If i had bought from the UK the whole package would have cost me 150euro inc delivery.Didnt know of any French or German companies to purchase from but if you wanna you can leave some links.Cheers for the help.
