I get the impression that they always try to snag us poor punters out. The obvious one of course is where they automatically bump up the prices with the extra support deals. but I've been looking out for the 9400 deals and I saw this:

for a core duo 2.16 at €1249. however when you select it you don;t get the option of the 2.16 at €1249.

thats an overview of the specs. Come on like where you think you are going to get a 2.2 Duo for sub 1300€

A buddie of mine recently purchased a 1300 and paid an extra 150.00 euros for a 3 year warranty (think it was a bit under the 150.00)

150.00 over 3 years .... that's 50.00 a year or 1.00 euro a week or say a 1/4 pint per week for a 3 year warranty !!!! ....

She was delighted with the whole deal .....

I doubt it is legal to give that price and then emphasize the 2.16ghz. The price given has no resemblance to the listed specs. Car adverts do somehting similar for example and show a different model than for the price listed but have the small print indicating a higher price.
