    I'm fairly sure Paddy Power had a money back special on the Vodafone Gold Cup today. If that was the case (and Im hoping so) will they pay money back on the dead heat?

    We were paying money back on finishing 2nd to a pipe trained horse. As it was a dead heat, bets on cornish sett were settled as 1/2 stake for a win and money back on the other half.

    Just so Im clear then - I backed Marcel which obviously didn't win.
    I get my stake back as Pipes horse Horus won the race albeit in a dead heat.

    Am I correct in saying that?

    You would of got money back if your selection (marcel) had finished second to a Pipe trained horse.
