About a year ago I was relocated to different area within my workplace for a misdemeanor I carried out and I appealed that to a rights commisioner and won the appeal and they said that I should be returned to my former role or a similar position. Now just prior to my been relocated a internal position was advertised for applicants to apply for but in reality the position was mine as the company seemed to be advertising in case anyone contested the job,and had targeted me regardless who applied, how do I know the job was mine, well the role, experience and qualifications asked for, well they might as well have said no other person need bother apply. Now, my misdemeanor came in to play a couple of days later and was subsequently relocated hence I couldn't get the aforementioned job and it wasn't filled since and I doubt if anyone else even applied for it at the time, but they wouldn't want me to get the job now that I'm back because even though I won the rights commisioner appeal the company I'd imagine wouldn't foegive me. So what is likely to happen now, personally I feel they'll interview me then say that im unsuitable or whatever for the role, but how else will they get out of giving me the position, I know I'm rambling a bit here but I hope someone will be able to follow what I'm on about, thanks.
