Hopefullly someone can point me in the direction of a good app for this.

I have a bunch of avi's which i think may be corrupt, or have errors, but instead of having to watch them all only to find out, i was wondering if there were any good RELIABLE programs around that can scan avi's for errors?

I've googled around but i can't find much.

    Any idea's?

    Use VirtualDub.

Open the video and then on the top-menu, click 'Video' and 'Scan video stream for errors'

Useful for detecting bad frames which can then be deleted.

    Best of luck!
