Anyone else see this? Apparently Dweezil Zappa is takin his da's show on the road with Steve Vai and Terry Bozzio!

They play Vicar St Sunday June 11th, and considering they sold out the Royal Albert Hall in London the night before and they travel to Paris after the Dublin show to play the Zenith, I think this could be pretty damn special!!

Sorry didnt mean to start a separate thread. And yeah, meant to say the 4th, just thought it might have conflicted with the Metallica gig, thats why I said the 11th!! Doesnt go against the fact that its gonna be a class gig!

    is this sold out?

they're not available on the ticketmaster website.

    I'd say it'd be a fantastic gig

Don't think the tickets have gone on sale yet at all.......been keeping a close eye on the website for the last few days (supposed to be available at 6:00pm on Sat, but there wasn't anything happening at all then, nor before or after..........still not on the Aiken site, but that's no surprise........

if I see them for sale I'll post here,

    Stevo

60 bills is expensive for a gig but it will be amazing, I've been waiting for this for years. And if Steve Vai plays...incredible. And all that coupled with an intimate venue and it could be a legendary one.
Sure what does €60 get you these days - a forgetable night on the beer? A burger and shake from Eddie Rockets? Go for it, you know it makes sense;)

(Just think of Jim Aiken and his starving children, he needs the money...er, not:p )

Ack, this summer is seriously denting the pocket with all these gigs.

This should be worth it though.
