    ...a few of us bought a bit of land overseas. Serbia, to be exact. Anyway, thought we'd get a few houses on it, now the engineer reckons we can get lots of apartments. Though the profits will go up, so will the input required

    Do any capital venture firms or banks put money into these projects?
