Armchair bores...

I am so over reading posts from self proclaimed experts on every other topic under the sun spouting their non-facts.

What is particularly annoying is certain forum members (you know who you are!) trying to back-up their argument by linking another site in an attempt to give weight to their point.

I am not sure why people feel the need to offer 'advice' that in the real world would be taken with a pinch of salt (pub bore!) We are not that thick that we don't know how to use Google.

    Give me a break!

    They're just offering advice. That's a fact.

This is the most damnable lie I have ever come across on an internet message board.

Right, I can see your point. but not everyone agrees with each other, here or in real life. why should you let it bother you? You won't achieve anything by posting a thread about it, its the internet.
you are p1ssing against the wind here.

The one I love is people using the incorrect words and terms and when confronted with a definition still claim to be right. Many can't differentiate their argument from thier language. One guy was trying to tell me a view was "pessimistic" becasue he didn't like the possible outcome while the people with the view were hoping for an event they saw as positive.
