    Hey this is probably a really obvious thing that i should know but whats "outsourcing' in business?

    Outsourcing is sending work normally done within the business to an outside agent. Some companies might outsource their IT function or mail room. This means they pay an agent a fee to perform the function and they can then reduce staff costs, accomodation, light, heat etc.
