Not for mobiles! Sorry, there is no phone forum! Where could I get hands free kits for the office phone? Is it done by make of phone or can it connect into any phone?

most stationery catalogues will have these in them. They'll be called something like telephone headsets.
So long as the office phone has a socket somewhere on it where the handset plugs into then they should work with it (it's basically a splitter with a headset attached to it)
