Does anyone know of Charitys or Schools that in need of Computers \ Servers ?

We will be retiring some poweredge servers 4400, 6300 etc here soon, all working perfectly, the HD space isnt much tho, but that could be upgraded.

Just thought they might suit some school or something.

Only stipulation is that they would have to be collected in Dublin

Once collected we wash our hands of them.

Could be some other bits and pieces, apart from the servers not sure what else is being retired yet.

I run a community IT project in North East dublin that is completely not-for-profit.

I could probably put any bits and pieces you have to good use.

I do the computers for two primary girls... Some of the computers they already have (old 233mhz and the like) are begenning to break and not worth fixing. They would probably have no need for servers but other bits and peices might save them money and they would greatly appreciate it.

    Perfect.

Im waiting for updates on the status of the servers at the moment.
Once that is finished work will begin on the rest.

This wont be a quick job though but at least I have your names now so I can PM as things become available.

    Thanks again

Do you ask a lot of questions normally?

    1. Very low due to the fact that the school can't really afford new computers.
    2. Windows 98 and win2kpro (donated) just for basic IE use and MSWord.
    3. Yes, Yes I do.
