    Dead Melody Promotions are proud to host a festival of exceptional musical talent for what promised to be a rocking St. Patrick's weekend in the Black Box, Galway on Saturday the 18th March.

    Headlining the bill will be unquestionably one of Ireland's finest bands FRED from Cork, along with Grammy Award nominated band, Charis, who have been described as one of the most creative and imaginative bands to emerge from the city of the Tribes.

    Also crashing onto the bill are the enigmatic Ghostwood Project, recently having toured Ireland with their frightening intensity and pure raw power. These charged threesome leave nobody in doubt as to what the Galway Advertiser described as "The best band Galway has produced in aeons"

    To complete this exceptional night of music are Musicola, Eve's Alibi, and the winners of Witless; NUI, Galway's music society's prestigious yearly competition.

    The 40 watt club will plug in at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, 18th March, and blow the fuses around 2 a.m. after some serious rock'n'roll.

    Tickets on sale from the Town Hall Theatre (091-569777) and Redlight Records, Galway. Also available online from tickets.ie.

    Price €18 plus booking fee.
