    Hi

I just noticed that A1Lovers has cheap M3 blades, are Irish and include free shipping.

Eg: Gillette Mach 3 Power Cartridges (8 pack) €7.48

    Yes

I think that's how I found out about them about a year ago, but when I logged on the site was down for a while and after when they reopened they did not stock March 3 blades.

    hi folks,
i e-mailed their support this morning, no answer as yet
hope it does come true and we can buy those blades at crazy low prices
i will buy in mass bulk and never have to buy a packet of blades ever again
local convenience store/petrol station charge me 12 euro for a 4 pack last week, late at night,i had no choice, never again.i would grow a 20ft beard before i would give them 12 euro again for blades

Same problem here, no payment method and emailed them yesterday evening about it but got no reply either.

I think we are being taken for a ride here boys (no pun intended Flinty). Nobody has posted a comment yet to say that they have dealt with them in the past.

I suspect we could all be getting a lot of spam after this.

good call, my suspicions are aroused on this too, how can they offer them so cheap, they are way cheaper than blades on e-bay.
very suspect, only time will tell .
i wish they would hurry up, my 40ft beard needs a trimming

    Just got this:
    Dear Customer,
Apologies for the recent problems that were experienced while attempting to process an order at A1Lovers.com.

Due to unprecedented demand following a 50% sale, our payment processing system had to be temporarily disabled, as stocks had run low.

We hope to rectify this problem shortly, and will email all customers, when orders are again being processed.
Best Regards, and thanks for visiting our online store.

    Support, A1Lovers.com

    We'll see..

Interesting to note that the stocks had run low AFTER the sale. Probably everything will be back up in price again.

Why are Mach3 blades so riduculously expensive in the first place?
All you get is three slivers of a decent quality metal encased in a couple of grammes of plastic. All joking aside there are more materials in many cheap toys in the EuroShop and proably as much manufacturing costs. Realistically how much do they cost to make? Although a good product they are a total rip-off.

Aparantly they are the most stolen item in Britain (possibly Ireland) so the price we pay has to include the cost of all the stolen ones.

    Hi

They were talking about the same on the Radio a few months ago, some guy from Gillette said it was because of the material used on the blades and what ever they need to do to it. But I think they charge the price because people have to use so they will pay the price.

Also got the same e-mail, lets hope they come back in stock soon.

    Regards

Haha visious circle, people rob them cause there so expensive for something that shouldnt be :) then they have to put there price up to pay for the robbery and then more people wouldnt mind buying cheap ones from some punter in a pub :P I think ebay is the way to go i cant remember how much i got them for but i got a 32 pack for nothing compared to shop prices

It isn't amazing there is so little competition in this market.

    You have 2 global players.
